Terms of Service

LandthisOne is an AI-assisted resume tailoring tool. You provide a base resume and a job posting; we generate a tailored resume and cover letter. AI output may contain errors or omissions — you are responsible for reviewing every document before sending it to an employer.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not upload a resume that isn't yours or that contains false claims.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of every tailored document you submit to an employer.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to commit fraud, impersonate someone, or fabricate credentials.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our prompts or models.
• Abuse the Service to overwhelm our infrastructure or AI providers.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.

Free features are free. Paid plans (when available) auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; you'll keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial periods unless required by law.

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific outcome from using LandthisOne. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You keep ownership of your resume content and any tailored documents we generate for you. We keep ownership of the Service itself (software, design, brand). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
